Why HerGrowth
exists.

Fewer than 10% of senior positions in private equity globally are held by women. Fewer than 5% of holding company principals are female. And yet women-led funds consistently outperform male-led peers over 10-year horizons.

HerGrowth Holdings exists because sellers increasingly prefer mission-aligned, operator-led buyers over anonymous PE firms, and because the next generation of profitable American businesses deserves an ownership partner that brings discipline, accountability, and a long horizon.

We acquire to strengthen, not to strip. We don't manage a fund. We don't have limited partners demanding a five-year exit. Every business we own gets the same thing on day one: governance, KPI infrastructure, and a portfolio of shared resources no single business could afford alone.

Kari Yasi is the Lead Managing Partner and co-founder of HerGrowth Holdings, LLC, a Wyoming-based acquisition and investment holding company built to acquire, strengthen, and grow profitable businesses and income-producing real estate across the United States.

With 15+ years of experience spanning executive leadership, sales strategy, and organizational accountability, Kari has built her career at the intersection of operational discipline and business growth. She has served as a Fractional Chief Accountability Officer, Fractional Sales Executive, and Executive Advisor to businesses across industries, consistently entering organizations at critical inflection points and leaving them measurably stronger.

At HerGrowth Holdings, Kari leads acquisition strategy, capital structuring, and external partnerships. She evaluates every opportunity through the lens of a disciplined owner, asking not only whether a business has value, but whether the right governance infrastructure exists to protect and grow that value after acquisition.

Kari is also the founder of Self Mastery Society, an executive advisory firm serving founders and senior leaders navigating growth, organizational change, and leadership development. Many of HerGrowth's most trusted relationships began as Self Mastery Society advisory engagements.

As Principal of The Prine Group LLC, Wendy has built and manages a growing portfolio of income-producing real estate, including RV parks, mobile home parks, multifamily communities, self-storage, and single-family rentals. with a strategy centered on strong cash flow, operational efficiency, and long-term asset performance.

Wendy's hands-on background allows her to evaluate real estate opportunities from both an underwriting and execution perspective, ensuring every asset HerGrowth acquires is professionally managed, properly capitalized, and positioned for long-term stability.
